Levels of Consulting

1. Executive Briefing

The Executive Briefing provides a summary of the prevailing situation in the economy and an outlook of the business environment.
  • Emphasis: Immediate decisions.
  • For Whom: Decision-makers.
  • Coverage:
    • Cyclical swings: Linkages between global commodity prices and real output.
    • Spending swings: Shifts in consumer spending, investment, and exports.
    • Financial prices:Volatilities in inflation, liquidity, and exchange rate.
    • Credit shocks: Links between bank, inter-bank, and treasury bill rates.
    • Financial depth: New issuance of loans, bonds and equities.
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Documentation:A 20-30 page presentation
  • Subscribe: We can include a form that prompts for number of participants so we can quote a price in response. I think the price should not be on the site for any of these services.
2. Management Briefing provides detailed treatment of selected topics: commodity prices, real sectors, spending, government budgets, interest rates, inflation, liquidity, bonds, exchange rates, and capital flows.
  • Duration: Half Day (4 hours) to five Days
  • Documentation: Separate presentations on each of the topics selected
